Currently accepting a strictly limited number of business clients.

Website SETUP ($1500 Retainer)

Phase 1: Discovery & Asset Gathering (Weeks 1-2) – Collect logos, photos, menu text.
Phase 2: Initial Draft & Design (Weeks 3-4) – Build framework/core layout.
Phase 3: Revisions & Launch (Week 5) – Test mobile layout, 5 final edits, go live.
Additional Edits ($50/Hour)

HOURLY ($50/Hour) general upkeep, menu changes, or updating event calendars.
Monthly Retainer ($200/month) regular weekly updates

$300/Month: 2–3 platforms, 2–3 posts per week. Business provides photos and text.
Additional $50/Hour: On-site photography/videography (negotiable)

Contract Term: This agreement runs on a month-to-month basis, requiring a [30-day] written notice from either party to cancel.
Invoicing: Retainer fees are billed upfront on the [1st] of each month. Work will pause if payment is delayed by more than [5] business days.
Community Management: The contractor is responsible for publishing content and monitoring general comments. Direct messages (DMs) containing customer complaints, booking requests, or vendor inquiries will be forwarded directly to management and are not handled by the contractor.
